Our most notable and relevant strategic investor is Embraer, the third largest aircraft manufacturer, and a leader in the regional and executive jet market. We believe this funding provides an excellent foundation for the development and certification of our eVTOL and other elements of the Urban Air Mobility ecosystem that we expect to launch in 2026. For those not familiar with our recent merger with Zanite Acquisition Corporation, the transaction includes a number of strategic and financial investors that raised a combined $377 million as shown on Slide 2.
